Came here with a tire light, asked them to check for nails since I was traveling for business and wanted to make sure I was safe to keep going. Waited for over an hour, then they told me everything was good and they topped off the air. Didn't charge me. I hit the interstate, they call me back 20 min later saying they found significant leaks in the back tires. I'm already on my way to my next place, can't turn around. Car is pulling to the left 20 more min later, and then starts vibrating bad an hour later. Get home, take it to a trusted shop and there is a slipped belt in my front left tire, no leaks in the back tires. Trying to bamboozle me I see 👀

Manager and mechanic stayed after hours to finish my work vehicle rather than keep it overnight and finish in the morning because I was on call that night and needed it that night. Both went above and beyond. I thanked them both profusely.

I’ve had generally good experiences at this Firestone location, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. I came in for an oil change and also asked them to check an overheating issue, which I clearly noted when scheduling online and again during check-in. We even discussed possible causes and that they would inspect for leaks. However, after nearly three hours of waiting, only the oil change was completed, and the overheating concern was not addressed at all. When I asked about it (I think to Austin?), I was told there were no notes regarding the issue. I also mentioned the coolant level seemed low, but I was told everything was fine. When I got home, I confirmed it was actually below the minimum level. Customer service was poor, as staff did not acknowledge the clear miscommunication or attempt to resolve it. While past visits were fine, this experience makes me hesitant to return soon or recommend it to a friend. Hope this review helps with more training for the staff. My three stars are for the previous experiences.

I have always been a loyal customer of Firestone when it comes to purchasing my tires and today’s experience did not let me down. Anthony my service provider at the E. Bert Kouns Ind Lp location was patient, informative, and knowledgeable. He really made me feel comfortable with considering all of my options and making the final determination. I highly recommend Firestone when you’re looking to purchase tires or other services.

I only needed a tire rotation and help lowering the spare tire from under my truck. I was informed of why I couldn’t lower the spare tire within minutes of arrival at no charge. Then, after the tires were rotated in very short order, I realized that I didn’t have my wallet with me and tried to pay with my phone which also failed. I then asked if it would be ok if I went home to get my wallet, but instead the entire fee was waved. You don’t see service like that much anymore. I intend to get all future maintenance on my vehicle through this Firestone location and couldn’t be more pleased. This event was the second time that this Firestone location has helped me tremendously.
